How to back up a Magento store?
Regular backups are automatically taken in Magento Clusters. For detailed information about how to back up your websites manually, please find steps below:
1. Find the target Magento deployment
Log in to the Control Panel and locate your target deployment.
2. Navigate to the Snapshots page
Click on the Snapshots tab, and then you will find the TAKE SNAPSHOT button.
3. Back up your data
Click on TAKE SNAPSHOT. A confirmation box will be popped up after that. You are free to rename the backup. Hit "SAVE" then to start the backup process. You can get your backup in seconds after that.
How to Restore a Magento Backup?
In Magento Clusters, free Magento restoration is available. To restore your data on Magento instance from a selected backup, please follow these steps:
1. Find your target Magento deployment
Log in to the Control Panel and locate your target application.
2. Locate your backup file
Click on Snapshots tab to view previous backups. Find the one you wants to restore.
3. Restore your data
Choose the a backup file and click on Restore icon in the end, then a confirmation box will be popped up. It's important to confirm if you want to back up your current data before restoration. After that, click on Restore to start the process. It will not take you long to finish the restoration process.
